The project is of significant national importance and the Government of North Macedonia is entrusting the joint venture to fast track the development and construction of these strategic motorways which will form part of the Pan-European Corridors IIIV and Xd, which will enhance North Macedonia’s transport connections with neighboring countries and support economic and social development. The Government of North Macedonia is planning to award Bechtel, along with our joint venture partner, the construction of approximately 110km of dual carriageway motorway.
